Dear guest, Breakfast is an important part of the day, and we believe that the better your breakfast – the better your day will be! That is why we serve it at your own table, and vary the menu each day, delighting your taste buds with different foods and flavours. Each morning, you can look forward to our local farmer’s butter, freshly baked croissants with mother yeast, patisserie from the Costa bakery, yogurt with grape compote and crunchy muesli, fresh fruit salad, cold cuts, cheeses from Cascina Lago Scuro, and, of course, our legendary coffee from Torrefazione Giamaica Caffè.
After an exciting day in the Dolomites, we invite you to come home and relax in the calming atmosphere of our Bar, where you can enjoy a locally brewed, craft beer, or maybe a glass of natural wine, accompanied by delicious snacks. From 4 to 8 pm, we serve our guests a choice of rye bread toast with speck, cheese and tartar sauce, anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea with farmer’s butter, or a nice cheese and cold cuts platter. If you are in the mood for peace and quiet, just relax. Our bar is what you are looking for.
